At Profusion Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your gently used or unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
